Subscription
The Envirometer is a subscription that is renewed automatically each year. As administrator, you can find the details of your current subscription under Manage > Subscription and make the following changes: expand, reduce or cancel. In the margin, you can find the corresponding pages for managing company and invoicing details.
Manage subscription
- Expand subscription: Expand your subscription with one or more Envirometers. The subscription period for extra Envirometers is the same as for the main account.
- Reduce subscription: Reduce your subscription (to fewer Envirometers), while continuing your subscription.
- Cancel subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription stops at the end of the start period or, if it has been converted into a continuous subscription, at the end of the calendar year.
Important: After the end date of the subscription, you will no longer have access to your Envirometer. All data entered will be saved for a little over a year, during which we can reactivate the subscription (at the normal starting rate). Otherwise, all data will be deleted permanently.
Company details
Company details are a subpage of Manage > subscription.
As administrator, you can view and change the following details here:
- Name of company: The name on the invoice will be used unless different information has been entered for billing.
- VAT number (optional).
- Industry: If you create new Envirometers, this industry will be selected by default.
- Address: The address on the invoice will be used unless different information has been entered for billing.
Important: Company details are entered based on the registration form. An administrator can edit this information.
Billing
Billing information is a subpage of Manage > subscription. As administrator, you can view and change the following details here:
- Invoice reference (optional)
- Invoice attn. (optional)
- Invoice submission method:
- Digital: The billing email address is sent an email with the invoice attached as a PDF or UBL file. UBL is a file used in invoicing programs.
- E-invoice: The invoice is sent directly via ‘Simpler invoicing’. Select a method (OIN, RSIN, VAT) and provide the corresponding number. OIN is for government agencies. A company can choose between an RSIN (business registration number) or VAT number.
- Different billing address (optional). The billing address is copied from the company details by default. If necessary, enter a different billing address here.
Subscription reminders
- In October/November we send the administrators of canceled subsciptions a reminder that their Envirometer is canceled and that they can reactivate the subscription until the end of the year.
- In November we send all administrators of subscriptions a message about the billing costs and the invoice for the next calendar year. That message will also specify to which billing adress/by which method the invoice will be send.
