Envirometer for mental health institutes
This page shows the Envirometer for the average mental health institute based on an Envirometer graph and key figures. People transport is not included within the theme transport as not enough institutes registered this information.
The pie chart shows the environmental impact distribution. Electricity, commuter transport and heating (fuel & heat) have the most environmental impact across all institutes. Business transport and waste play a smaller part in the total environmental impact.

In 2019, Stichting Stimular in collaboration with the Monitor working group of Milieu Platform Zorgsector, renewed the “Envirometer Benchmark for Healthcare Institutions”. 5 institutions participated with a total of 15 barometers (about 40 locations, spreaded over 610.000m2). This formed the base for Stimular to determine the average environmental score for institutions for mental health.
